Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use WellnessDesk, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control. Our target is WCAG 2.1 level AA, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA.

Where we are today

We are working towards that target and do not yet claim full conformance. Our public pages (home page, privacy policy, terms, this statement, sign-in, provider public sites and the client portal sign-in) are checked automatically with the axe testing engine on every change, and we fix the serious and critical problems it finds. Automated checks find only part of the possible problems, and we have not yet had a full manual audit or testing with assistive technology.

Known limitations

• Providers choose the colours, fonts, images and text of their own sites. A colour combination a provider picks may not reach the 4.5:1 contrast WCAG asks for, and images or videos they add may lack text descriptions or captions. Our default colours are close to, but not always above, that ratio.
• The provider dashboard and the website editor have had less accessibility review than the public pages, and some drag-and-drop and calendar interactions need a better keyboard alternative.
• Payment and identity-check screens are provided by third parties (such as Stripe), and video sessions run on a video service. Their accessibility is outside our control.
• We have not tested every combination of browser and screen reader.

Cookie settings

The cookie banner can be used with a keyboard and a screen reader. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" button in the footer.

If something on WellnessDesk is hard or impossible to use, tell us by email at support@wellnessdesk.pro. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use. We typically respond within 24 hours on business days and will offer another way to get the information or service if we cannot fix the problem quickly.
