Dear you,
If you’ve found your way here, something is probably asking for attention. You don’t need to know what to call it yet. What I offer is time, care and a way of looking at things that isn’t in a hurry. We start wherever you are, and go at your pace.
P.S. When you’re ready, you can book a first conversation here.
Why I do this work
I do this work because I believe most people are doing their best with what they have been given. Sometimes that stops being enough, and it helps to have someone beside you while you work out what comes next. In our sessions you can say things as they come, without tidying them up first. I listen closely, ask questions, and now and then offer another way of seeing what keeps happening.
The things people bring to me
Worry that won’t settle
Anxiety, overthinking and the nights it keeps you up.
Loss and endings
Grief, breakups and the changes you didn’t choose.
Feeling stuck
Patterns that keep repeating, in work, love or family.
Three small steps
A first conversation
We talk about what brings you here, and you see how it feels to talk with me.
Finding the thread
Over the first sessions we work out together what matters most to you.
At your pace
We agree how often to meet, and look back now and then at what is helping.
Before you write
We talk about what brings you here and whether we are a good fit. You don’t have to share more than you are ready to.
Yes. What you share stays between us, within the legal and ethical limits of confidentiality that I will explain when we first meet.
When you book, you’ll see whether each session is online or in person.
Yours, with care
There is no right moment to start. When it feels possible, book a first conversation.
